Developed in the 1940s, the Cadillac — or Trapeze Table — was created by Joseph Pilates to support rehabilitation, strength training, and functional movement through spring-based resistance. Inspired by the hospital beds he modified for injured soldiers, Joseph transformed the concept into a versatile training apparatus offering hundreds of exercises. Equipped with bars, straps, and springs, the Cadillac provides both therapeutic support and athletic challenge, bridging the worlds of rehabilitation and conditioning. Crafted in Sweden, our Cadillacs stay true to classical mechanics, built for balance and longevity.
